BookallWay is an all-in-one bookkeeping and finance management platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses, freelancers, and financial professionals. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
Automated bookkeeping tools
Financial report generation
Tax calculation assistance
Expense tracking and analytics
Cloud data storage
Integration with third-party financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal)
We continuously update and enhance our platform. New features may be added, modified, or removed at our sole discretion without prior notice.

BookallWay is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
BookallWay offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription details, prices, and renewal periods are displayed at checkout and may vary based on region and currency.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers.
You authorize BookallWay to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Taxes, such as GST/HST, may apply depending on your location.
We may offer free trial periods or limited promotions. Trial users can explore premium features but must upgrade to a paid plan to continue after the trial expires. BookallWay reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
All software, design elements, trademarks, graphics, and written content on BookallWay.com are the intellectual property of BookallWay Inc. or its licensors. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service,
Reverse-engineer or modify our software,
Use our trademarks without prior written approval.
You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you must not:
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code,
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service,
Use the platform for illegal accounting or fraudulent purposes,
Share login credentials with others outside your organization.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We take data protection seriously. BookallWay uses SSL encryption, regular backups, and multi-layer access control to safeguard your data. However, no system is completely immune to cyber threats. You acknowledge and accept that BookallWay is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Your personal and business information is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data for legitimate business purposes, including service improvement and compliance.
BookallWay may connect with third-party tools such as banks, tax agencies, and financial platforms.
While we facilitate these integrations, we are not responsible for the reliability, security, or data handling practices of third-party providers. You are encouraged to review their terms and privacy policies separately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
BookallWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 3 months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. BookallWay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms,
Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities, or
Cause harm to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, access to all stored data will be revoked after 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
BookallWay is committed to fairness and transparency in all financial matters. The following conditions apply to all refund and return requests:
General Rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Initial Cancellation Window: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Annual Subscriptions: A prorated refund is possible within the first 30 days after purchase.
Trial Users: No charges apply if you cancel before the trial ends.
Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
Technical Failures: If platform downtime exceeds 72 hours due to BookallWay’s error, you may qualify for a partial refund.
Maintenance Periods: Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds.
Cancellation Method: Cancellations must be processed through your account or via email request.
Refund Channel: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Discounted Plans: Promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable.
Custom Work or Setup Fees: Non-refundable due to service nature.
Data Deletion: Data is deleted 30 days after cancellation unless otherwise required by law.
Policy Updates: BookallWay may update this refund policy at any time with notice.
Exceptions: Special refund cases may be granted at the company’s discretion.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BookallWay makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookallWay, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance.
